These terms cover your use of this website and any product you buy from CNOSA, operated by B.T. Barnhill Innovations LLC. By buying a product or using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use the products.
What you are buying
CNOSA sells digital products. They are educational materials: written guides, workbooks, and prompts you paste into an AI tool of your choosing. When you buy, you receive the files by email. There is no physical product and no ongoing service.
What the products do and do not do
The products teach you how to build your own AI phone agent using third party tools. We do not build it for you, we do not run it for you, and we do not make calls on your behalf.
We do not promise you any income, any result, or any particular outcome. Nothing on this site or in these products is a guarantee that you will make money. What you do with the material is up to you.
Third party tools
To build an agent, you will use services that are not ours, such as a calling platform and an AI provider. Those services have their own prices, terms, and rules, and you are responsible for following them and for any fees they charge. We are not responsible for their availability, their pricing changes, or anything that happens on their platforms.
Your responsibilities when using an AI phone agent
Calling laws are real and they apply to you, not to us. Depending on where you and the person you are calling are located, there may be rules about consent, about calling registries, about recording, and about disclosing that a call is automated.
- You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to calls you make.
- Our materials tell you to have your agent disclose that it is an AI at the start of every call. Follow that.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people you contact.
- If you are unsure whether something is legal where you are, ask a lawyer before you call anyone.
License and what you may not do
When you buy, you get a personal, non transferable license to use the materials for your own business. You may not resell them, share them, republish them, give them away, or teach them as if they were yours. You may not use the materials to create a competing product.
Payment
Payment is handled by SamCart. Prices are shown in US dollars. You pay once and the files are yours, with no subscription and no recurring charge unless a product clearly says otherwise at checkout.
Refunds
Refunds are covered on the refund policy page, which is part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, B.T. Barnhill Innovations LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the products, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date at the top. The version in effect when you purchased is the one that applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
