This policy explains what information CNOSA collects, why it is collected, and what is done with it. CNOSA is operated by B.T. Barnhill Innovations LLC, and you can reach us any time at support@cnosahq.com.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to sell you a product and send you what you asked for.
- Your email address, if you request the free preview or buy a product.
- Your name and billing details, if you make a purchase. Payment card details are handled by our checkout provider and are never stored by us.
- Basic usage data, such as which pages you visited and whether you arrived from an ad. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.
How we use it
- To deliver the product or preview you requested.
- To send you emails about the product, including a short welcome series if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them.
- To answer your questions when you contact us.
- To understand which ads and pages work, so we know what to keep and what to change.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with other companies to market to you.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses the Meta pixel, a small piece of code that tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads takes an action here, such as viewing the page or buying. It also allows Meta to show our ads to people with similar interests. You can control this in your Meta account settings, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies entirely.
Who else handles your information
We use a small number of outside services to run the business. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy.
- SamCart processes checkout and delivers your files.
- MailerLite sends our emails and stores your email address if you subscribed.
- Netlify hosts this website.
- Meta receives advertising data through the pixel described above.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. You can also email us at support@cnosahq.com and ask us to show you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do it.
Children
This site and these products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
