Refund policy

If the system is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back.

That is the whole policy. The rest of this page just explains how it works in practice.

How to ask

  1. Email support@cnosahq.com within 14 days of your purchase.
  2. Use the same email address you bought with, so we can find your order.
  3. You do not have to explain yourself. If you want to tell us what did not work, we will read it and it will make the product better, but it is not a condition of getting your money back.

What happens next

We process the refund through SamCart, the same way you paid. Once it is issued, the money goes back to the card or account you used. Banks usually take a few business days to show it, and that part is out of our hands.

After the 14 days

After 14 days, we do not offer refunds. The material is digital and you have it in full, so the window is there to give you real time to read it and decide, not to keep it open forever. If something has genuinely gone wrong, email us anyway and we will look at it.

Order bumps and additional products

Anything else you bought at checkout or after, such as an add on or an additional prompt pack, is covered by this same 14 day policy.

One thing we ask

Once a refund is issued, your license to use the materials ends, and we ask that you delete the files. It is the honest thing, and honesty is the whole idea behind what we sell.
